Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism （CTPAT）

CTPAT全名為“Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism”，即海關-商貿反恐怖聯盟。 透過CTPAT(反恐/GSV)的安全建議，CBP希望能與相關業界合作建立供應鏈安全管理系統，以確保供應鏈從起點到終點的運輸安全、安全訊息及貨況的流通，從而阻止恐佈份子的滲入。
The full name of CTPAT is "Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism". Through CTPAT's (Counter-Terrorism/GSV) security recommendations, CBP hopes to work with the relevant industries to establish a supply chain security management system to ensure the security of transportation, the flow of security information, and the condition of shipments along the supply chain from the beginning to the end of the chain, thereby preventing the infiltration of terrorists.
